Riggi Residential Inc. is a family owned and operated Class-A building corporation that is fully insured. Glenn and Connie live, work, and are raising their daughter, Catarina, in the Hampton Roads community.

Glenn Riggi has constructed over 300 residential homes (for local builders) and has 20+ years of experience in all phases of construction. He will bring you the quality, value, and satisfaction that you expect and deserve.

Glenn began working in the building industry over 23 years ago. He started his career by working for an interior decorator giving him hands-on experience with the details of home remodeling and renovations. He worked in the new homes industry in the Hampton Roads area for over twenty years. He worked his way up through the ranks gaining invaluable experience in the home building process, by actually performing the work; he knows exactly how it should be done.

Glenn manages his projects with strong emphasis on quality, attention to detail, and precision scheduling. His eye is trained to instantly recognize defects and imperfections.

Glenn works exceptionally well with subcontractors, vendors, electricians, plumbers, and architects, assuring that your project reaps the benefit of these relationships. He looks forward to challenges and new opportunities and considers building both a hobby and a career. He is a perfectionist that is passionate about his work and he will not accept mediocrity in any shape or manner.

Riggi Residential Inc. is a new corporation only in name; not in experience. Glenn has been building homes in Hampton Roads for many years, the primary difference now is that he is working directly for you and looking out for your best interest.
